Where are all the activities taking place?
We are located in Kaneohe Bay. We operate out of Heeia Kea Boat Harbor at 46-499 Kamehameha Hwy. Kaneohe, HI 96744
When are you open?
We are open from Tuesday – Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and federal holidays.
How are the activities operated and organized?
Activities including Kayaks, Stand up paddle board, Water Volleyball, Snorkeling and our floating lounge are all included and limited to use/share amongst guests during the duration of the tour. Free play. There is no set time schedule, everyone shares activities/equipment and participation is optional.
What happens if the weather is unpleasant?
We do not refund for bad weather (rain, cold temperatures, etc.).
What types of amenities do you offer on the boat?
There are restrooms and dressing rooms on the main vessel. There are no showers.
How do we get to the boat harbor?
You can check in at the Heeia Kea Boat Harbor, see map for directions. Map: https://goo.gl/maps/jvVG7KEXf7Fgv97T8 Address: 46-499 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744 For additional fee we provide round-trip transportation to the boat harbor from designated Waikiki hotels.
How long is the Half Day Program?
Total time approx. 3 ½ hours Morning program – be at Heeia Kea Boat Harbor by 9:00am – we depart promptly by 9:30 and get back to the harbor by 12:30. Afternoon program - – be at Heeia Kea Boat Harbor by 12:30pm – we depart promptly by 1:00 and get back to the harbor by 4:00.
Do we need to present vaccination card or a negative test?
Yes. The harbor is a State of Hawaii property and therefore all visitors and employees must have a COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative test result (within the last 48 hours). Please bring your vaccination card or a negative test result (within the last 48 hours) and your Photo ID. *We need to check Your name, Vaccination date or Negative result date with your Photo ID. *Children under 12 years old are exempt *QR Code on safe travel APP is not accepted Please see the web site "Safe Access Oahu" for more details: https://www.oneoahu.org/safe-access-oahu/#patrons
Do we need to wear mask?
Yes. Guests are required to bring and wear masks. Also guests are required to check temperature upon arrival.

You understand and agree to the following terms: - No alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating substances before participating in snorkeling activity. - You are aware of the medical restrictions. - Beach chairs, oversized floating toys, personal paddleboards/kayaks, full face mask are not allowed on the tour. - You are not allowed to wander off on your own, you must stay within our designated area. - Please follow all rules and safety guidelines from our Captains and Crew members.
Are there any restrictions for participating?
Please be aware of the following medically related conditions in which we will refuse service. These conditions are as follows: - Customer cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. - Customer has previous history of ear disease. - Customer has previous history of lung, respiratory disease, or sinus problems. - Customer has previous history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes. - Customer has previous history of dizzy spells, paralysis, seizures, epilepsy, or claustrophobia. - Customer is currently pregnant. - Customer is currently taking medications for any illness condition. - Customer has had recent surgery or experienced any other major medical situations. Please keep in mind the above list is just a sampling of the medical conditions in which we would recommend that the customer not participate in any of the programs. This list is by no means all-inclusive and we use caution if the customer has any other type of medical history, in which he or she would be limited in physical dexterity or cognizance.
